U.S. Slay

To get into the Fourth of July festivities, I love wearing some combination of red, white, and blue. For this look I was feeling inspired to work with pieces I already had in my closet.

Summer style is easy and breezy but can still be stylish and put together. To show my patriotic spirit of the day I opted for a pair of high-waisted pants styled with a stripped tee shirt. I balanced off the look with a cute pair of wedges.

To polish off the look I choose a basket tote for a look that can hang at the BBQ, fireworks, or just brunch. And of course show of that sparkling smile with a bright red lip.

Happy 4th my beauties. Have a fun and stylish one. Keep Slayin.

What a great outfit.. I love these high-waisted pants and it looks so good on you with that stripped top! And of course red lips is almost a must 😉 You look beautiful and chic in front of that super cool truck!

Thank you Jovita. Honestly, I always avoided red lips. I thought that it was just too over the top for me and stuck with more natural tones. That was until I learned that red lipstick has a lot to do with your skin tone. After a lot of experimentation, I did find the right shade for me…and that all went with the red truck, lol ?
