Going all out for Valentine’s Day

The most romantic moment of my life was not my wedding day. It is, far and away, the moment my husband proposed to me on Valentine’s Day. It was a total surprise. My whole world changed in that moment. The proposal was a movie-style romantic moment, which still takes my breath away when I think about it. So, every year we both excitedly look forward to February 14th. Nothing will top that Valentine’s Day but it does not stop us from going all out for every Valentine’s Day that followed.

Valentine’s Day is my day to pull of the cutest look and it’s the perfect time to wear this gorgeous red tulle skirt that I have been obsessing over.

Tulle skirts are so fun, flirty and whimsical. I paired mine with a black lace top and black lace-up sandals.  If you prefer something edgy throw on a leather jacket.

If red is not your color. Try your favorite shade of pink instead! It will give you that same romantic glow that Valentine’s Day is all about!

With so many color options you can dress them up however you wish making you feel like a modern day princess on your special evening of festivities.

A Valentine’s Day celebration may be as simple as receiving a little heart-shaped card containing the message “Be Mine” or life changing as a marriage proposal. However you choose to celebrate, I wish you all much love.
